Octoberfest 2009 - Shalis - The Great Outdoors

Challenge: Agoraphobia is a terrible hindrance to a wannabe photographer, my challenge is to take shots outside the safety of my own four walls.
Level: Combo of Hardcore and Wuss - All photos will be outdoor shots (not from my garden) but I can't commit to one a day due to the horrible British weather.
Equipment: Canon 400D - kit and prime lenses
Additional Challenge: Try and get at least one good shot with my zoom lens without using a tripod, I have not managed to get any good shots yet with it

Edit: for some reason I keep typing ChallAnge. I don't know how many times I edited myself on that word alone in typing the original post, but it was alot..
