LOL nice.
I miss the bread and cheese sandwiches I got from my Norwegian neighbour as a kid. Funny because it came up last night, I was trying to remember what kind of cheese it was that she always had.

Jarlsberg and Brunost were the two the families I stayed with always had. Jarlsberg is the yum!

The two most common cheeses are Jarlsberg and Norvegia.
And I agree Shalis, Jarlsberg is delicious!
