start with a friend who trusts you. have her sign a release form(knowing what it is and what it will mean). Then add her pictures to your portfolio.
There is a local photographer where I live that puts an add in the non-commercial/sub-culture new paper(that's pretty popular around campus) for female models of a certain age group for nude-art photos.
Good luck.
I've have done 2 of those type of photo shoots and they basically happened because there was a large amount of trust in me(and still is).

Seriously though..
You need to have something to show them that shows you're serious, usually that means three things.
1. A businescard
2. Some kind of contract that states what you can do with the pictures, and what she can do with the pictures. (google "time for print contract" for some examples)
3. Earlyer work. (so you probably have to start off shooting clothed pictures  )

Thank you so much Blynk_ and Raiztlin, for your advice. I will read up the time contract thing, sounds interesting, And Blynk_ thanks, I never saw it from a trust angle.
I wouldn't do anything with the photos like sell them anyway. I just want them in portfolio.
