They are all setup exactly the same.
They look to have two light sources left and right.
Visible shadows on the bottom right of each cheek.
The shadows on each cheek are completely even.

Perhaps 3 light sources? Left / Right / Top. I'm thinking he went low power on the left and right and then high power on the top. I'm just not sure if left and right would eliminate the shadow under the nose from the top... hrm.

Looks like the main lighting source is a beautydish from the front.

Probably a couple of very soft lights from the sides

and probably one light on the background

Looks like a dish in the front with 2 strip banks on each side and some kind of gridded light above but i can't tell if he is using it or if its just there.
