Everglades National Park last Monday (March 2011)


Blue Heron catching a fish with blood droplet mid air


This is how close they animals let you get to them (very weird because they are all wild)


Everything acted like you were invisible so it allowed you to see them in action...hunting feeding fighting etc.

Those were with a Sony HX-1 this was with a Sony A500


I let my friend use the A500 he got this one on the fly 20 feet above his head flying by

Just used a birding site and still no luck

Will have to ask mom...couple hours and she will be up (old people get up so early).

And she will know the bird instantly but me...I sit there and say "well its white and big and has red on its bill"
