were having verbal communication issues, she doesnt want to talk , she can hear and communicate, wheres the sentences..

*just saw the talk issue*
Nicolette was like that, too. She knows way more than she lets on. She was 3 in January and she talks just fine now. Strong-willed's best friend. Madeline is 1-1/2 and starting to chatter. It's' so cute.
