Seriously, He is sitting on the floor rubbing his eyes while wobbling but I put him in his crib and he pulls himself up so he can jump on the damned mattress.

I've tried getting him to sleep in the car, or rocking him, his bedtime routine... basically everything I can think of EXCEPT hitting him over the head or drugging him (haha... )

it's been the last few days, last night I had to have BF take over cause I wanted to scream and now he wont take a nap

Ideas? Suggestions? I've been there's?

My kid stopped napping. We tried and eventually just gave up. Going to be rough when he's in preschool/kindergarten if they do a nap. At 6 weeks he was already sleeping through the night. He gets a good long sleep most nights and is quite easy at bedtime.

I really miss these days:

Let him pass out on the floor.

My daughter wasn't a napper, either. She slept through the night at 6 weeks.

Welcome to parenthood

We've all been through it. Just like the foods they like, it comes and goes. Just have to deal with it at the time and do the best you can.

Nothing is "regular" yet, so just go with it. If he wants to sit there and play, let him My daughter is going through this with the 1-1/2 year old right now. She's been getting up around 4am. Chases the cat around the house a few times and will sit and watch cartoons until the family gets up.

It rocks for me because she'll sleep until lunch.

Hang in there, mom! Just look at it this way, it's much worse, when he's out with YOUR car, and misses curfew. Look back on this time and see how easy it really was.
