Madeline got IN bed, for her nap. By the time Nicolette was in her bed, Maddy was sawing logs.

We must take the good with the bad.
She doesn't need the chair to crawl out. Today she became a pro of that, too.
The fun was short lived.

No thumb. It's a Nuk pacifier. My daughter used one (my son didn't) and both her daughters have used them, and like my daughter, Nicolette gave hers up when she started talking a lot. Maddy is starting to jabber now so it's just for nap. One day it'll be gone and that is that.
We have all avoided the thumb sucking!

my son gave up the bink when he was 10 months old and my daughter gagged on the bink b/c of her reflux , colick etc, so she perfered her stubby lil thumb, which i hate, but she doesnt have it in her mouth all the time, just when shes tired.

Playpen went bye bye this week I found her sleeping on the dogs bed one day and almost under the playpen the next. It has been replaced by her sisters air mattress bed, and Nic now sleeps in my bed. Yay!
I'm hopeful with her and the pacifier. Today she didn't even want it for nap so she might finally be growing out of it. Yay!
