Sorry, but those numbers mean absolutely nothing, since they will label an 18-year old having sex with his 16-y.o. girlfriend a sex offender. People streaking at a sporting event- sex offender. Nude run at a university- all sex offenders if caught.
Unless they change the labeling to only include actual rapists and child molesters and the like... It will always mean nothing to me. Course, this brings up the question of exactly what offenses should receive the label, etc. etc. and it's a neverending appeal.

I know the labels don't mean a lot, but when you start seeing their pics and what they were arrested for, you get a better picture. There are some seriously creepy guys living in my area.

I've done that before. It's pretty clean out here. There was only 1 in this whole complex and very few in the whole town.
There would be no mixing this up with anything else.
