Question about running a streaming radio station.

I'll be leaving on a vacation later this month, and both taking my HD/PC and/or burning all my music onto CD's are a little less then practical. I know i've seen people with a 'listen to my playlist' thing around before, how would I go about setting that up so I can have my PC at home on and listen while i'm away if I happen to be around a PC?
