Zeppelin is both best and 2nd best.
AC/DC is a distant 3rd followed by Boston.

I find its impossible for me to choose. I've got over 40GB of bands that I love, I've singles starting from 1960. How could I possibly choose 1, 5 or 55? It would mean leaving all the rest out. It would be easier for me to list the 5 bands I hate the most.

While my list might look different than yours, I can understand where you are coming from with your list with the exception of Poison. Those guys have no business sharing any list with the greats of Rock with the possible exception of the "Most Groupies Banged" list
