Anybody know of any bands similar to Apocalyptica? Basically use Orchestral instruments for hard rock? Prefer instrumental music (really picky on vocals/singers).

Nightwish, Epica, and Therion are three that come to mind

In that case Nightwish switched singers, I prefer the original singers voice and music but the new one has an interesting style.
