id like to know of some software available out there that has sound files pre-recorded or the ability to record tones and music and stuff like that to kinda tinker with and mix my own songs. if software isnt available, what kinda stuff do the pros use?

I've heard of a few that do that but the only one I can recall the name of is Acid Pro. I had an earlier version that i never really used much. Here's the link to the current version.
