I've used last.fm quite a bit, enough to pay for it (as a think you more than anything else), but the convenience of being able to pull up Pandora on my PS3 and let it play through my entertainment center while I work around the house has me tending more towards Pandora now.

What streaming radio services (if any) do you use and what do you like/dislike about them?

have a look at grooveshark.com, it sort of integrates with last.fm too but never used that.

I like last.fm quite a bit. I use it for the song logging, suggested artists/songs, and musical compatibility. I have no complaints, and I especially like the simplicity of the layout.

I like last.fm for finding new music I may have never found before. But if I want to listen to a genre or artist I use grooveshark.com

I use last.fm and love it, I discovered it through the firefox addon Yoono. I am hooked on it, load it up on the yoono sidebar, choose a genre or artist for it to find music similar to and let it go.. always finds me some tasty new music to get hooked on. I actually subbed to their monthly plan (I think it is $4 or some such) because I use it so much, if only I could use it at my day job (err midnights job, you know.. the one with the pole. I kid, I kid). Haven't tried pandora or grooveshark, might take them for a spin though.

I've tried Pandora a little, but I've never looked into last.fm. I have an account with Slacker.com. I like that Slacker has the prebuilt channels (80s rock, 90s hits, hard rock, new country, etc.) And it has a couple comedy stations, too. And the app works well on my Droid phone.
