My husband has decided to plant a garden. Right around 1/2 an acre.

First he had to buy a tiller/something to disc the soil.

Then he had to buy something to make the rows with.

Now he's putting his posts down and fencing for the beans to grow on.


He's planting corn,tomatoes,bell peppers,eggplant, lima beans both bush and pole, and Oriental yard long beans (asparagus beans) we call them Long John beans.


Now, watch the rain stop.


I see a lot of work in my future.

I will take pictures and post as it comes along.

Well everything has sprung up, going to try and take some pictures later today.


The bad news is they are saying there is a possibility of a frost tonite and tomorrow night


If it stays as windy as it is, maybe the frost won't happen.


I am in South Mississippi, I've had my AC running for weeks now.

Dig out all the old sheets and cover as much as you can that's up and tender.
