I had/have? a dwarf blood orange tree. And the top part died (above the graft) but the bottom part is thriving (below the graft)

Should I put the whole tree out of its misery, or is there help for it?

I don't know anything about tree grafts but that doesn't sound too good

Hmmm a little late to respond, sorry.

Your tree should be fine if you prune the top 'dead' part off. Keep the water on a moderate level. Citrus requires real good drainage and the roots like to dry out. Hopefully it will keep kickin.
