	The chef on dinner impossible smeared a tenderloin with mustard and then rolled it in spicy rotisserie seasoning and let them set for a few hours. It obviously had a lot of paprika. I think you'd add some smoked paprika to get the smokey flavoring but what else would you add? I'm thinking paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, jalapeno powder or cayenne for some kick. 	I am a fan of Cumin. Brown sugar(for a rub), paprika, black pepper, cumin, cayanne pepper, maybe some chipolte, and a touch of salt
