Heat up some clarified butter, add shallots, saute for a minute, add garlic, saute another min,
add some diced tomatoes, pour in some dry white wine, the chef used a risling, add the mussles.
stir just a bit, turn heat to low, cover, let them steam for about 5 min, uncover, add salt to
taste.
OMG this was good. Have some garlic toast handy to sop up the juice.
