1 ginger root chopped fine (the more the merrier in my opinion)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped garlic (I like more)
3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar (can substitute with wine)
3 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon red pepper
1 cup Kikkokoman soy sauce
2 tablespoon “Stir Fry Sauce†(I like szechaun best)
(oyster sauce is good too --- 1 tablespoon)
(also chili garlic sauce rocks - srirachi – add for more spice)
Marinate some thinly sliced meat of your choice for 2-3 hours in the fridge. When you put the meat in it you should be almost soupy ( I like chicken – turkey is good too)
Slice some vegetables of your choice --- this is what I like though
Bok Choy
Nappa Cabbage
Onions
Mushrooms (lots of mushrooms)
Celery
Bell Peppers
!!! NOTE!!! You cook this one serving at a time!!!
!! Have a bowl ready with desired vegetables!!. Put some oil in your Wok and put it on Med-High until the oil just starts smoking, then put your meat in it. Cook it for roughly 2 minutes (meat should be done by then. Have a bowl ready with desired vegetables and put it in with the meat, cook them until the veggies reach desired consistency (crunchy – soggy ect..)
Have rice in bowl ready --- pour contents over rice. Anything in this recipe can be changed or modified depending on your tastes
