my son is "the toast boy"

my daughter is "the egg girl"


i make these a lot with my kids for breakfast


Eggs in a Hole


Butter the bread (my job)

use a cup to cut a round hole in the bread (toast boy)

put the bread on the skillet (including the round cut out)

crack egg and drop it in the hole (egg girl)

cook until toast is brown on both sides


Egg and Cheesey


put 2 peices of bread in a toaster (toast boy)

put it on the skillet

fry an egg in the skillet (egg girl)

when the toast is browned - pull it off an put a slice of cheese on it

(bacon goes good on it too)


my daughter likes mustard on hers

my son likes ketchup on his

Make this for my son all the time. We call it Eggs in a Nest.
