Got a batch in the oven right now.
While the seeds were still damp, I added fresh cracked pepper, salt, and paprika.
Baking at 350 F for 15 minutes.

Made some yesterday.
Little oil, little seasoning. bake for a while Just hoovered them down.

I found a recipe that is excellent for these! It actually used a little bit of sugar and some pumpkin pie spice. I'll have to see if I can dig it up. They were wonderful last year.

I've got some made up as well from when we carved pumpkins. I use butter and salt and bake at about 250 for 15-20 mins, then 375 until they barely start to brown.
