What is your favorite thing to do with those leftovers from Thanksgiving?

Mine is the cold turkey sandwich with mayo salt and pepper.

Looking for new ideas, what is your favorite thing to do with those leftovers?

Leftover ham goes in mac and cheese. I LOVE IT.

Turkey I like to put in the food processor with some onion, garlic,
pickle, and mayo to make turkey spread.

I usually get an 8 pound turkey so that I don't have any leftovers

My mom cooks so much that I essentially eat a Thanksgiving dinner every day for 3-4 days.

I just eat the leftovers like I did before. We didn't have many leftovers this year, though. The in-laws just got a turkey breast and after 2 meals everything was gone.

I make a turkey pot pie of sorts.

I make my green bean casserole with cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom. I take the leftovers from that, add some turkey, a can of mixed veggies and pour into a pie pan that I've added either the stuffing or potatoes...whichever I have the most of...to form the bottom of the pie. Then I add the whichever is left...stuffing or potatoes...and bake. Usually about 45 minutes and it's pretty well done.
