They work just like any other grill.
I love to make grilled cheeze sandwiches with them.
Sprinkle some seasoning, Cavenders or Toni Scatcherie's on them and just grill.
The lamb chops recipe would work out good too.

I cook nearly all of my meat and sandwiches in it. No real recipes. Just remember that meat cooks really fast in the grill compared to open grills or one sided grill pans.

Yeah, I can have a frozen chicken breast done in 5 minutes. Takes 5 minutes for my grill to warm up.

I just grilled up two very large salmon filets in mine tonight (about 2 pounds total) and they took less than 10 minutes to cook. I made a whole sirloin steak the other night in about 15 minutes in mine.
