	Interesting....very similar to peeling a tomato. 	It takes less than 30 seconds to peel a potato. That took about 15 minutes. The only time I might do that is when I am making potato salad and having to boil the potatoes anyway. -----signature----- No sense being pessimistic.... It wouldn't work anyway.

	Yeah, I would never waste the time to do that and the potatoes cook faster if you cut them into chunks. Peeling potatoes is quick and easy. Dropping tomatoes in boiling water for a minute to peel them is great, though.
