shoot, i just took the bag to work and nibbled on them all day 
can make cherry preserves, cherry pie, cherry crisp, can make a sauce for pork chops even

Cherry Pie or Crisp is a deffinite if you feel like a challenge try Cherry Turnovers. Yum!!!

I usually just eat them or make a pie or coffee cake but here's something a little different.
CHERRY LETTUCE WRAPS
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
1 ½ lb chicken breast (bite size pieces)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 lb cherries (pitted + halved)
1 cup carrots (shredded)
½ cup green onions (chopped)
1/3 cup toasted/sliced almonds
12 lettuce wraps (cold)
Heat 1 tbsp oil over med heat. Sauté chicken + ginger for 7-10 minutes (until cooked). Wisk together 1 tbsp oil + vinegar + teriyaki + honey – mix well. Add chicken to mixture + cherries + carrots + onions + almonds – toss well.
Serve with lettuce wraps.
