Need frozen yogurt help

Im trying to find a frozen yogurt recipe, one that i can customize to different flavours etc... thing is, i dont have an ice-cream maker, blender or electric mixer, so every recipe i've found online has been pretty much useless...
Anyone got any recipes they'd care to share?

he also gives links to making the bases, a vanilla one and a strawberry one. but he also gives the basics on how to just freeze it and what to do.
