I like it, therefore, it's OK to cook with. It's a Shiraz from South Africa.

Going to use the food processor for all prep so I'm not likely to poke myself.

Right?

The kitchen has this winery smell.

Didn't shock or poke myself but I did wait until everything was finished before I drank the rest of the wine.

Celery, carrot, onion and a big bunch of thyme. Threw in a fennel bulb probably because I saw Ann Burrell do it.

She's having the same influence on me that Batali did. And one he didn't have whenever she bends over.
