	I like to partially cook them, then put tomato or spaghetti sauce over them,cook until almost done, sprinkle with mozz. cheese (generously), let cheese melt while cooking finishes. I also like to sear them in olive oil, then chop them into small pieces, cover them with salsa, let simmer in fry pan, and serve with a nice salad, chips or some nice bread. I like your strip idea too. I usually do that with raw chicken strips, but I wouldn't do the buffalo sauce. My family isn't a fan of the taste of buffalo sauce. 	a quick dinner i like is to sprinkle them with a good chili powder and grill. then chop up in little pieices and mix with bbq sauce and serve on onion rolls for a quick bbq chicken sammich...

	Throw a couple into the pressure cooker with some stock for about 10 minutes till they're tender, then take them out, cut them up and add to seasoned, thickened stock and mixed soup veggies (soup veggies because they have onions). Pour mixture into a casserole prepared with a pie crust, add a pie crust to the top and bake at 350 until crust is browned. Enjoy your pot pie. 	I like to dice about 1/2 # of them into about 3/4" cubes and then stir fry with Birdseye stir fry mixes.
