i make or get queso sometimes
like to make my cream cheese/salsa dip
serve w/ potato chips, tortillas, even veggies
a block of cream cheese and a jar of your fav salsa (or homemade)
then cream it together leaving it as chunky or smooth as you wish. also as thick as you wish.
can do it by hand or use a mixer or a blender.

Usually do this for super bowl Sunday.
Cheddar
Mozz.
Cojack
hamburger
sausage
pepperoni
salsa
milk to help keep creamy
and yes I sometimes use velveeta
yummmm...meaty and addictive

2 cans Hormel no bean chili
1 jar medium tostido's salsa
it's not fancy....but EVERYONE loves it...even crazy anorexic women who never eat anything can't resist it
