I took a lbs of medium shrimp and cleaned and what not.
Then I took 6 green onions,
3 gloves of garlic,
and a 1 cup of white wine.
1 or 2 sprigs of rosemary
I put the onions and the garlic into a saucapan that had olive oil in that had gotten hot.
and let that rest stiring off and on just to make sure each piece got soft.
then I added some rosemary and the shrimp to the skillet
I let the shrimp start to get done a touch of bright pink then I added a cup of white wine.
On a side pot I had water boiling for the linguine, I added a 1 tbs of olive oil and then the noodles.
I let the noodles cook for about 4 to 5 minutes probably too long
and stirred the shrimp occasionally.
I pulled the noodles rinsed them and put them in a bowl and then added the sauce. minus the rosemary
For about 20 minutes of work it was good.
Add a lemon or use butter or basil I would imagine it would be good.
Anyway Enjoy my kids ate me out of house and home.... I have no lunch tomorrow
