Induction Stove and Cookware
So we have gotten an induction stove for our new/remodeled kitchen. So I am looking to see if anyone has used any all Clad or any other induction safe cookware and what their thoughts are.

Well unfortunately... there is only electric down here. In short of installing a propane tank and then pipeing it in. But that is a lot more than I want to spend.
The induction stove is a lot more responsive than a standard electric stove. Yes I have one used one before but only a few times...

Yeah they have natural gas in certain sub divisions. But generally it is like you have a huge tank that feeds the neighborhood and those are generaly in new construction. The house we renovated is in a older neighborhood unfortunately.
