the wife made some awesome pasta last night
|
1/2 tomato diced
1 bell pepper diced
1/4 onion diced
3 pieces of garlic minced
grilled in 1 tablespoon of butter until veggies are tender
added 1/4 pound mild italian sausage
added 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
mixed in with penne pasta
covered with parsmisan cheese
1/2 tomato sliced and put on top with some fresh basil from our garden
i got the leftovers for lunch
