I want it to include lemon juice, soy sauce, fresh ginger, and sugar but not be limited to those things, those are just the must haves.

Anyone got anything remotely that fits the bill?

Also is it ok to marinade in a large ziplock bag?

Look up Thai stir fry sauces would be my best guess.

if I added a bit of lemon juice to that recipe do you think it would throw off the acidity? I dont want it to taste overly bitter

red pepper (lots of red pepper)

well I finally got around to making this...I actually didnt use a marinade. I used a spice rub. I use salt and pepper, chili powder, paprika, thyme. After I'd completely coated the pork loin, I took a bottle of hot sauce and ran it along the top, drizzling hotsauce all along the length of it. Put it in the oven for 40 mins @ 440 and it was FAAABBULOUS! I was lapping my brains out.
