The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well,

I have a great big garden, will hopefully have lots of veggies and herbs this year, last year we did good, but it's all still a learning experience lol

I have 8 tomato plants and a few herbs I think I'll put cucumbers out too but my back yard is mostly shade and I'll only on a 108' x 120' lot with a 50 year old maple on the back yard.
The township would cite me if I did any thing but land scape in the front. Ordinance says the city can mow any thing over 6" tall if the owner refuses and is allowed put the charges on the next property tax bill as a special assessment if the owner doesn.t pay the fine.
Wish I had a couple of acres actually those with big lots are lucky.

I have to wait until after May 1 to plant most of my garden but I do have some of the cool weather veggies planted already... Broccoli, spinach, lettuce, peas. I will also be planting several tomotoes, summer squash, herbs, cucumbers and a few other veggies and flowers.

I have the room but not the time to garden. I plant a couple of tomato plants and harvest my rhubarb and asparagus each year.

I did an herb garden last year.
There was just too much though, and so much of it went to waste ... not sure I will do it again this year.

The SO will be planting a garden with herbs and veggies this year, but I will still be stuck down in an apt. in FL with nowhere to plant anything.
