The only change I made was I didn't use the shake-in-a-bag method. I mixed the flour in a shallow bowl then I made sure the chicken was coasted with marinade then coated it carefully in the flour. From there to the rack for spraying with the cooking spray. Make sure you get it sprayed evenly or the breading won't crisp.
Oh and I also used half the amount of sesame seeds. I guess that makes two changes. ~_^
