I just buy a bag of those frozen wings and pour in about 1/2 bottle of teriyaki let marinate a few hours then toss them marinade and all into a cake pan and cook at 400 for about 30 mins. I then pour off all the juices and put back in the oven for about 15 mins until that side is brown then I turn them over and crisp up the other side.
I have also made them this way:
par boil about 3 pounds of wings separated for about 20 mins in enough water to cover, crushed garlic the juice of one lemon, a sprig of rosemary. Drain well, then put them on a paper towel or kitchen towel and dry them off the best you can.
heat up deep fryer, fry as per your fryers directions. Drain keep warm but do not cover you want them to stay crispy
while frying your batches of wings mix up the following in a sauce pan:
1/4 cup of butter
about a 1/3 cup of your fav hot sauce
garlic powder a couple good shakes
Black pepper
onion powder again a few good shakes.
cook over med heat until butter is melted and everything is combined.
when all the wings are down pour the sauce into a bowl big enough to hold all the wings, add wings toss then remove.
