I took cookies to my mother's for Christmas. she bit into one and said, "mmmm these are really soft. How did you do it?"


I said my recipe is in the cooler case at Kroger. (Pilsbury sugar cookie dough) LOL, I just couldn't find the time to do it from scratch. She called me a smart butt.

I made these cookies for Christmas and I put lemon chips in them as well as the extra lemon extract. Everyone really liked them.
