	I would like to share my favorite recipe for the holidays. It's what keeps my waistband increasing; and will eventually kill me, I'm sure. Velveeta Fudge Double Boiler In the top of a double boiler over gently simmering water, combine: 1/2 LB. Velveeta cheese, (cut in pieces) 1/2 LB. butter 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Stir together until melted and smooth) With portable mixer, while still over hot water, beat in 2 LBs. of powdered sugar, one cup at a time. Make sure it is completely smooth; and half way through, add 2 tsp. of pure vanilla.
