Next weekend

I dont know what to make though! So many choices, so little time!

Should I make a lemonade cake and if I do, do I sell it in slices or whole?

Brownies! I finally found an AWESOME brownie recipe that's not in a box! Those are a must!

RE: the brownies, Icing or no icing though? lol

NO bake cookies are a pleaser, but how much chocolate is too much chocolate?

Peanut Butter Pie...hmmmmmmm, or I could make buckeyes. Not exactly BAKE but would still sell well methinks.

SUper fluffy choco-chip cookies, or Peanut Butter? Sugar Cookies or Gingersnaps?

lol i'll be afk in the kitchen all week

I'm always looking for good recipes, I LOVE to bake! Easier is better, but I dont mind a challenge, post away!

* 1/2 cup milk
* 2 cups white sugar
* 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1T white corn syrup
* 3 cups rolled oats
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Combine milk, sugar, cocoa, butter and peanut butter.
Stir and bring to boil over medium heat. Let boil for 1 1/2 minutes, do not stir. (I stir until it starts boiling)
Remove from heat. Stir in oats and vanilla. Stir until oats evenly distributed.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool. Makes 4 to 5 dozen. (need to be quick, I just pour them into a buttered pan and cut them into squares)

I love these, though technically it's not baking. You see this recipe a lot, the only change I've made is the corn syrup, I found out, by accident...it was a disaster, that the syrup adds a nice sheen to the cookies. They'd be great for a bake sale. Tahini works good instead of peanut butter too.
