I have my mother's 40 year old kitchen maid. I think my grandmother handed it down to her, too.

My mother has a kitchen aid stand mixer from the 40's - I believe it was one of the wartime models as the bowls for it are glass and not metal.
Definitely made by Hobart, she used to grind meat with it, etc.
