Anyone know the name of that special dough that you can buy ready made... |
it has a special name, it comes in what I think of as a medium sized cylinder can...and its cut into thin, round strips...and you can use them for like pastry and I think you can use them for other things like making fried cheese(chinese dish)

that name doesnt sound familiar, I remember it being a longer name too...maybe something Italian...not sure about the last part...guess Ill just have to look for it when I go shopping
