To flip an omelet, you must use the courage of your convictions, "YOU CAN DO THIS" and do it! |
and when it 3/4 of the omelet flips while 1/4 stays flat on your pan or some winds up on the floor,
just gird your loins:
and do it again next time because, you will not get better without making mistakes.

Nope, I was sober. I failed because I lacked conviction and didn't flip it high enough.
Had a good omelet for breakfast though.

i kind of flip-roll them
flip 2 inches over -- flip another 2 inches over - until it is completely rolled
i like this method because it layers the omelet egg/cheese/egg/cheese/egg etc.

Most times I flip an omelet fairly well, but it's also turned out to be a mess plenty times as well.
Either way though, its always yummy
