I invite EVERYONE out for a fun & exciting night of Capture the Flag!

Even if you have Never pkled before you can still have fun and play a major role. This game will be less based on Pvp skill and more of a strategic team effort. Our last capture the flag event was a huge success, and a VERY close game. The video from the event can be found here:

Event Details:

I'm sure everyone understands how capture the flag works. Obtain the opposing teams flag and return it to your base to score a point. Simple enough... But how is this game possible in AC? With the use of such plugins as tradebot & Vfollower the game mechanics start to transform and conceive a real working and legit game of capture the flag!


How will it work?
- Two players will be selected prior to the event to be team captains. These captains will take turns picking players.
- There will be two "flag toons" (One White and One Black)
- These flags will be stationed at each teams base



How do I capture a flag and score a point?
- When the opposing team reaches the "flag holder" they open up a trade window and the "flag toon" will then follow them (using Vfollower)
- You then must return to your own base with the flag to gain 1 Point.

The second the trade window is broken the "Flag Toon" will stop following you.

This may happen if:
- You Die
- You run to far ahead .
- You go into combat mode.
- Or you close trade window by mistake...
- Please note: "flag toons" have high burden and slow run. You CAN NOT to run fast.. they move slow. If you get to far ahead - the flag will stop following you.

Rules?
- No Rares
- No Leaving Walled Area
- Must be PKL
- Unlimited lives (You may return after death)
- When turning pkl, you must return to your own "base".
- Have fun!

When?
- Saturday March 31st

Where?
The Proposed Area (still in discussion)- Arwic:

- Each team will be based at opposite towers.
- There is a Lifestone. I HIGHLY recommend using it.


The entire event will be recorded and featured in my next Hot Shot Production!

After a little test run last night I've made the following changes:

- First team to 5 points wins.

- When a flag is lost or dropped (trade window closed), it will not automatically return to it's stationed base. But will stay stationed where dropped. Players can re-capture the flag by simply re-opening the trade window. The flag will then resume following you.

- Each team will have a "heal bot" stationed at their base, these bots may be killed by the opposing team. But they have been programed to return to their base after death and resume healing their teammates.

- Reward has be upped due to the number of participants to 3,000MMDs for the winning team + 24 forge keys per player on the winning team.
