I played for about five years or so. I left the game about six years ago. Now i would like to come back but I don't remember my user name or password. I have my copy of the game though it's just dark majesty. also due to several moves I don't even have my game key to enter. If anyone could tell me how to get back in on my old account without said information i would be forever grateful. I really want to play again but I don't want to start from scratch since i had several high level characters. I am not very computer savvy so i dont really know what i am doing. Please help me

If you can't figure it out, it's not so bad to just start over. I had what I thought were high level characters as well, and after about a month and a half those characters would be near useless except for having a ton of strength for a mule  The only way I know of to reclaim that info would be to contact Turbine customer support or just go to their support page and take some guesses.
As far as the expansions, if you do the two week trial then end up subscribing it you'll have all the expansions.

With the additions since you left you are likely better off to start over. The good news is leveling is MUCH easier now so it won't be brutal.
That being said you should probably also consider other servers, VT is by far the lowest population server these days. I would pick from FF, MT, SC, HG, TD, find a good allegiance and enjoy the leveling up.
