They all say "a PIECE of the weave of the _______ SET".
A piece of a set??? That mean more stuff to come???
Any theories why Turbine worded cloaks this way?

It is worded that way because that is what the game sticks on anything that has a set spell on it. Don't think it is anything more than that.
Same way it says cast on strike even though it isn't, that is what the game sticks on something that procs.

the Set peice for cloaks once leveled adds 2 points in that set per level... so if i have a lvl 3 Magid D set cloak it adds 6 points to my Magic D if i have a lvl 1 War magic set peice it adds 2 to it.. see what i am saying
