Hmm can't get game to DL onto new comp

other comp blew up last night and i had to buy a new one and its windows 7 , everytime i DL the game i get the error a problem occured while patching: 0x800441f4
anyone know what that could be ? i turned off all firewalls and virus progams tried running as admin, believe i DLed directx11?

While installing, be sure to change the install path from "C:\Program Files (x86)..." to "C:\Games"
