If you migrated your account from Microsoft to a Turbine billing account, it's not that hard. If you didn't, it'll cost you $25 for them to attempt to migrate your account and they don't guarantee it.
Call them with your name/address/what information you can remember and you might get somewhere with it. If you email them, I've seen people get responses within a day, sometimes it's two weeks out. I've always had better luck on the telephone - it's a long distance call unless you live in Boston, and you can be on hold for upwards of two hours.
