Considering resubbing for a bit 
I have no clue what my login/pw email address etc was. Its been that long.

call or email turbine, have your acct info such as a char name and a server ready. few other things that i dont remember.
the holding is the worst part. getting it done once you reach the CS member is faster. unless you dont know something, might take you a bit longer.
some have had to email back and forth a few times, most seem to get it all done in 1 phone call.

If you migrated your account from Microsoft to a Turbine billing account, it's not that hard. If you didn't, it'll cost you $25 for them to attempt to migrate your account and they don't guarantee it.
Call them with your name/address/what information you can remember and you might get somewhere with it. If you email them, I've seen people get responses within a day, sometimes it's two weeks out. I've always had better luck on the telephone - it's a long distance call unless you live in Boston, and you can be on hold for upwards of two hours.

Guess i'll call them from work tomorrow, I'm sure I migrated. Char's and server are easy.
