Makes no sense from a business and ease of use perspective.
The one that bugs me though is the up-sell they try to do to a streaming only account whenever you come across a DVD only title.

This doesn't effect me, so I don't care.
If I did care it would be stupid.

Yeah unless you were searching for a specific movie it was just easier to wait until I was at my computer to add movies to my dvd queue.
I tried a bunch of times using the xbox to search for movies and it was literally quicker & easier to just go in my puter room, search for movie, add it to instant Q and pop back to living room. Maybe if my controller had that little keyboard but pressing up up down down left right left right B A was a PITA.

I have Netflix, and for the most part it doesn't bug me too much since I browse their selection on my computer, since browsing on my PS3 was horribly slow by comparison. But my gripe is that their watch instantly selection, while growing, is still woefully small, and I hate waiting for the discs for things like Star Trek:TNG seasons. And they still seem to only put a limited selection of stuff on my PS3, whereas on my computer I can browse their entire library (although it still beats the Xbox 360's limit of 100 movies per genre when I used them until PS3 was disc free).
