the only issue i had with this one was half to do with the things they left out of the last few (because they didn't leave them out this time) and half to do with them leaving out the more boring things that explained how the fk they knew some stuff. like if i hadn't read the book, i'd have been confused as hell about their ministry break in.

I thought it was awful. I mean, the book was so bad it couldn't help but be doomed but in many places it was so bad it was surreal.
The dancing in the tent scene was some of the most bizarre cinema I have ever seen.
Mostly my complaint is that it felt like a plodding, directionless mess - much like the first half of the book. not to mention the boring, rehashed teenage angst.
Still, if you've watched the other movies I can't see not going to see this one as well.

i just want the long wizard battle in 2. that's really the only reason i might see it in a theatre. it should be win since they got harry potter and the tour of the british forests over with in 1.
