I love the "new" Netapp VMWare santools

mbralign while the guest is live, no need to schedule down time to align disks. No more having to fix the odd disk drive letter change in Windows following an alignment. It has been around for a while, but with the glacial pace of change control in my environment we just recently moved to it/upgraded to it.
